Monitoring
Upon further investigation our engineers discovered that one of our upstream providers had a network routing issue via Superloop. Unfortunately this routing issue was causing issues for customers trying to connect to Cloud Servers Australia's network if they were originating from a Telstra, Optus or Spirit internet service.
We managed to route traffic around this network issue and once this was completed our upstream service became stable again. Whilst Superloop are rectifying there network issue we will not use their services. Once the issue is resolved we will reinstate their routes.
Later this evening from12AM AEST we will be adding in a further redundant link to add extra routing redundancy to our network.
In the meantime our engineers are continuing to monitor the situation.

Our network engineers have identified the issue with our upstream providers and are working on a resolutions to restore services asap.
Useres on some internet service providers such as Optus & Spirit are not able to connect to our network.
We apologise for the inconvenience and will update you as soon as we have more information.
