The earlier network outage impacting Cloud Servers Australia services has now been fully resolved.

The issue was identified as a fault within our core network infrastructure, which has been rectified. Following this, all services have been successfully restored

Update - The issue has been identified as a failed component in our core network infrastructure, which affected multiple systems across our environment. Our team has worked to stabilise the network, and most customer services have now been restored.

We are continuing to restore the remaining services, including elements of our NSX software-defined network, and are making steady progress.

We understand how disruptive this is and appreciate your patience while we complete the final stages of recovery. Our engineering team remains actively engaged and monitoring the environment.

Identified - Our network engineers have identified the issue as a failed core switch or switch component and are working on a resolution to restore services asap.

The network is now partially restored with more server functions progressively restoring.
